Resolved

On 2023/06/02 between 16:15 and 16:25 UTC, the Implio platform encountered an error on one of its service, causing the following issues:
- Synchronous moderation endpoint: some of the requests were denied with HTTP 500 errors,
- Asynchronous moderation endpoint: no requests were denied but processing times were higher than usual.

During that time, the platform automatically scaled up to absorb the excess of traffic and gradually recovered from 16:25 UTC onwards.
